Richard Tucker, grocer, Gelli, was fined 5s for leaving his horse and cart unattended outside the Hendrewen Hotel, Blaencwm.

Thomas Wilmington, Gelli, was summoned for leaving his horse and cart unattended. A fine of 10s was imposed.
